An Adjustable Shed Base System Made in the UK, the QuickJACK system has been designed to provide a hassle-free and versatile alternative to traditional shed bases. It's quick to install, simple to use and you won't need to level the ground in your garden or do any preparatory work beforehand. Simply install the shed base kit and adjust the height of the components to create a perfectly level base for your garden building. As well as allowing you to achieve a level base on uneven ground, the QuickJACK system comes with additional benefits. Elevating your shed will help your floor timbers to stay dry, well-ventilated and rot-free. The kit can also be used to anchor your garden building and keep it firmly in place. Finally, this shed base kit is a much more cost-effective option than concrete, saving you both time and money. The system includes three components: screw piles that go into the ground, various brackets that fit onto the frame (not included) and circular bearing plates that can be adjusted up to 150mm for precise levelling. All of the components are made from heavy-duty, 4mm thick steel that's been zinc plated to prevent corrosion, and the system comes with a 10-year warranty for added peace of mind. Kit Specification and Contents QuickJACK Kit 5 is suitable for soft surfaces like grass, and is compatible with the following shed sizes: 14x8, 14x10, 15x10, 16x8, 16x10, 20x10 and 20x12. The kit includes 4 x corner brackets, 8 x T brackets, 3 x cross plates, 15 x 10-inch bearing plates and screw piles, and 60 x screws. Please note: The QuickJACK system has been designed to work with a wooden frame (not included). Before installing the system, you'll need the DIY skills to construct a frame that can support the floor of your shed and matches its dimensions. We'd recommend using 2-inch wide timber for the frame.
