Truly the best of both worlds. The sauce melts over and cooks the prawns, resulting in succulent and juicy prawns and the perfect dipping sauce for some crusty bread or patatas bravas. Oven bake 230°C/Gas 8 for 10-12 minutes. Pan sauté, add 1tsp of water, and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
