St. Bernardus Tripel è una birra tradizionale del Belgio fiammingo. Nella cittadina di Watou, una Tripel viene spesso chiamata “Bernadetje”. Un bel tributo che rende omaggio a Bernadette, la figlia minore di Evariste Deconinck, l'uomo a cui i monaci dell'Abbaye Sainte Marie du Mont des Cats vendettero la loro proprietà belga nel 1934. Una birra dorata, profumata e di grande carattere.
