Saison de Dottignies: Saison dal colore dorato, con schiuma molto chiara. Al naso gli aromi sono fruttati (frutta gialla), miele e una leggera pepatura. Il gusto concorda con l'aroma, si sente il dolce del miele che lascia spazio a note citriche di limone e luppolate, leggermente tostate. Retrogusto amaro ed erbaceo.
