Cuvée De Ranke 37.5 cl è una birra ottenuta miscelando abilmente una birra di De Ranke maturata in botte con un lambic di Girardin. Si presenta nel bicchiere con un bel color ambrato e una schiuma piuttosto evanescente. Al naso vi è un netto predominio dei sentori acidi caratteristici dei lambic. Corpo medio, moderatamente carbonata, molto secca, è una birra complessa ma molto dissetante.
