Seta Special è una versione ancora più profumata e di carattere, grazie alle bucce di bergamotto inserite a fine bollitura. Solito color giallo paglierino, leggermente velato come vuole lo stile, 5% di gradazione alcolica e non ci stanchiamo mai di dirlo: a Desio (MB) si beve meglio che a Hoegaarden!
