Generalmente si utilizzano Lambic giovani, invecchiati uno e due anni. In questo caso 3 Fonteinen ha creato un blend di partenza assemblando birre Lambic di tre anni per un terzo e di due anni per due terzi. Al fine di accrescere la complessità organolettica sono stati selezionati Lambic da dodici differenti botti, con altrettanti profili aromatici. Come dato finale riportiamo la proporzione tra frutti e birra di 340 grammi per litro.
