This Prevent Duty Training Course is designed to teach you how to apply a risk-based approach to your actions and how to detect extremism and its related risks. This course also provides a concise insight into the government’s “Counter-Terrorism Strategy and Prevent Duty” along with an overview of the main objectives of the Prevent strategyThe government’s Prevent plan is a component of the larger counter-terrorism strategy. Between 2019 and 2020, 6,068 people were referred to Prevent. However, you are required to have a laptop/desktop/tablet or smartphone and a good internet connection.Assessment MethodThis Privacy and Dignity in Care Course assesses learners through multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Upon successful completion of each module, learners must answer MCQs to step into the next module. Through the MCQs, it is measured how much a learner could grasp from each section. In the assessment pass mark is 75%.
