Product details

Item Type: Tibetan Antique Thangka. Dimensions: Framed Height: 13.58 in (34.5 cm) Width: 11.81 in (30 cm). Style: Tibetan (Of the Period). Materials and Techniques: Cotton Fabric, Mineral Pigment, Mural. Place of Origin: Tibet. Period: 20th Century. Date of Manufacture: 20th Century. Condition: Good. After more than three years, we finally saw this type of mural again from a collector in Lhasa. They are all painted with mineral pigments and are murals from the 1920s, nearly 100 years ago.. After the mural was taken down, the oxide layer was processed using German technology, so there is no need to worry about the color changing due to climate and temperature in the future. The craftsman drew it according to the method, and the details were gilded. Two-armed Mahakala is not uncommon, but the white two-armed Mahakala inherited from the Sakya tradition is rare, not to mention the double body of the Dharma. The old frame is old and has been changed. For such murals, we will always collect them as the last one. Thangka is 7.08 in (18 cm) x 6.1 in (15.5 cm), frame is 13.58 in (34.5 cm) x 11.81 in (30 cm).
