The correct saddling position places the front edge of the bar BEHIND the horse's shoulder blade. Call our customer service team for more info!~@WARRANTY~@10-Year Tree Warranty~@1 Year of Craftsmanship~@If at any point your saddle is showing craftsmanship failures within the warranty period_ call our customer service team to receive a prompt repair.~@CARE INSTRUCTIONS~@Every new saddle has been oiled and then finished with a protective finish_ so you don't need to oil it for about six months. You should oil it sooner if you're riding a lot in dry or variable weather conditions. The protective finish is water-based_ so your leather can breathe. Do not use detergent-based_ solvent_ or harsh cleaning products. Rub the leather gently_ and do not scrub vigorously with soap and water. This saddle is a hybrid saddle built with Suede use only a cleaner specially designed for the care of suede leather. The Suede should be dusted or vacuum cleaned free of dust and dirt_ brushed with a stiff brush to bring back the nap_ and spot cleaned with a damp cloth. A conditioner of any kind would probably “glue” the nap and you would lose the texture of the suede. Most saddle leather products tell you not to use it on suede.
