Great as a hedging plant in gardens, tolerating almost all soils, particularly chalky soils. Foliage begins growing on red-purple stems that provide great colour through the year. Evergreen foliage is joined by tiny white blooms in summer, which then become small red fruits in autumn, providing fantastic colour through the seasons.
