Drink it now or cellar for up to 15 years. It is recommended to decant it for half an hour. Located in Abruzzo, in a small town in the province of Chieti, the Collefrisio winery was founded in the early 2000s by Amedeo De Luca and Antonio Patricelli. Today the company owns about 55 hectares of vineyards divided into 3 estates, from which it produces excellent quality wines widely appreciated on the national and international markets. In&Out is a pure Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, a lively and dynamic wine, initially designed for the Asian market but which has achieved great success in all markets thanks to its excellent quality/price ratio. After fermentation and a long maceration on the skins, the finished wine rests first in barriques for 2 years and then for a further 10 months in the bottle. The original label with the three-dimensional golden carp is a symbol of positivity. In the glass, the wine reveals an intense color with dark garnet tones with purple reflections. Its aromatic profile is broad and complex with notes of red berries, violet and pomegranate, followed by spicy hints and undergrowth. On the palate it is concentrated, vigorous and velvety. It has a soft texture and well-integrated tannins. It is elegant, with a long, slightly peppery finish. It is excellent with Lasagna Bolognese and grilled meats.
