Drink it now or cellar for up to 15 years. It is recommended to decant it for half an hour. Founded in 1945, Domaine Larue is a third-generation family winery located in Saint Aubin. The estate's vineyards extend over approximately 15 hectares and are worked in a sustainable way with complete respect for the diversity of the region's terroirs. In the cellar, the winemaking operations are carried out in a traditional way to produce elegant wines with excellent aging potential. The Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Cuvée Murgers des Dents de Chien is an elegant white Burgundy made with Chardonnay grapes from Les Murgers, the most prestigious site in Saint-Aubin. This parcel is located in the highest part of the appellation, with breathtaking views of the Côte d'Or below. Here, the vines enjoy limestone soil and moderate exposure from south to southeast. In the glass, the wine reveals a brilliant golden color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it releases an elegant and fresh aromatic profile with notes of citrus and white fruit, wildflowers, and mineral hints. On the palate, it is balanced and complex with a creamy texture and a well-defined mineral vein. It is fresh with a long fruity finish. In food pairings, it is very versatile: it pairs well with seafood, soft cheeses, or poultry with white sauces.
