Drink it now or cellar for up to 3 years. No need to decant. Chateau de Berne is a renowned Provence winery located in Lorgues, in an area where viticulture dates back to Roman times. The estate's 121 hectares of vineyards enjoy particularly favorable conditions, with hot, dry summers and good night-time temperature ranges that favor the slow ripening of the grapes and guarantee their full aromatic development. The company practices sustainable agriculture without the use of chemical compounds. Rosé Inspiration is a fresh and fragrant wine made from a blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan ripened under the warm Provençal sun. Here, the vines sink their roots into a calcareous terroir that guarantees the production of elegant and expressive wines. In the glass, the wine reveals a bright color with pale peach tones. Its aromatic profile is youthful and seductive with delicate notes of strawberry, blackcurrant, small red berries, and stone fruit. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, elegant and lively. It has a well-balanced acidity, a good structure, and a long and persistent finish that recalls delicate fruitiness. Served chilled, it makes a delicious aperitif, but it is also an excellent match for tuna tataki, octopus salad, roast poultry with aromatic herbs, lobster, or vegetarian tarts.
