Ingredients Usage How to use Nurofen for Children Shake the bottle well before use. Use the included measuring spoon to administer the correct dose. 7-9 years: One 5ml dose, three times in 24 hours. 10-12 years: One 7.5ml dose (5ml + 2.5ml), three times in 24 hours. Ensure at least 6-8 hours between doses and leave a minimum of 4 hours between doses. Do not exceed the recommended dose in 24 hours.
