The Forterra Burghley Red Rustic is a wirecut brick manufactured to BS EN 771-1. This brick has a heavy texture which gives it that rustic look that is perfect for creating an aesthetic look to any build. This brick is made from clay which have a high thermal mass and low conductivity and when incorporated into a building it gives it an acoustic insulation. Clay bricks have a long service life, are reusable after use and are highly durable and strong for many builds. Foretta bricks require little to no maintenance and can be recycled at the end of their use. They also contribute to thermal mass, resulting in buildings which need less energy for heating and cooling.
