Description Cialis is a branded prescription medication that contains the active ingredient tadalafil. It is a type of medication known as a PDE-5 inhibitor, and helps men to get an erection when they are unable to naturally.& ; Description Directions Tadalafil daily comes as 2.5 mg and 5 mg tablets. Dose for erectile dysfunction: The usual dose of Tadalafil 2.5 mg for erectile dysfunction is & ;one tablet daily.
