Big, sweet flakes of blackened mahi mahi. A warm, handmade corn tortilla, chopped cilantro, a squeeze of lime. That’s the simple fish taco, made sublime. We source this wild caught fish from the coastal waters of Florida. The flashy red skin and mellow flavor of Mahi Mahi fillets always keep us coming back. Although it`s called a dolphin fish, Mahi Mahi isn`t related to the mammal.
