Wire Works Rum Cask Finish release is a dual maturation of their lightly-peated spirit, initially aged in first fill ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for two years in their very own fresh rum casks, all made on site and matured in our warehouse for full Derbyshire provenance.. Palate: Crème Anglaise, guava, papaya, ripe banana, delicate peat-smoke, shortbread, lemon curd, fennel.. Finish: Rhubarb and custard, candied ginger, orange marmalade, peppermint creams..
