Prunus 'Kanzan' has a spreading habit when mature, but starts out very upright. Flowers are vivid pink-purple in colour and double blooms, packing out bare stems before copper foliage arrives. Copper turns to mid-green through summer before finally turning bronze-orange in autumn, and then falling through winter. Prunus 'Kanzan' is hardy and deciduous shrub that is ideal for a centrepiece in your garden. Height: 10m (33'). Spread: 8m (26').
