Daily Sessions: For optimal results, use the device daily for 20-minute sessions during the initial treatment phase. After the initial phase, continue using the device a few times a week to maintain pelvic floor strength. Insert the vaginal probe comfortably while lying down or in a relaxed sitting position. Ensure you are relaxed to make the insertion process smoother and more effective.
