This unique Japanese cultivar boasts interesting colour and form and has a very vigorous habit. Clematis florida ?Manju? produces an abundance of pale green blooms which mature to creamy-green and measure 4-6cm across. These graceful flowers have multiple layers of petals to create a central pompom which is surrounded by wider petals. A fast-growing variety that is perfect for covering fences, walls and trellis from June to September. Clematis florida ?Manju? looks very elegant but is completely hardy, low maintenance and easy to prune- simply cut back the stems to just above ground level every year. Pruning group 3.
