The Pan Buddy comes in two pieces: A vertical handle and a wrist support, adding leverage by keeping your wrist in a natural position while having support under your forearm. The wrist support has an opening that can receive pan handles up to 1.56 inches in diameter.The vertical handle is then screwed into the wrist support until it becomes tight with the existing pan's handle. This provide a safe and secure connection. The Pan Buddy handle is separate from the existing pan handle and the heat does not transfer. This eliminates the need for oven mitts or silicone grips.
