We're parents, and with Christmas being such a prominent holiday in our homes, we wanted to instill in our children a simple - but sometimes difficult to remember - idea: there's nothing inherently wrong with wanting things for yourself, but being a blessing for those around you is equally important.Each day leading up to Christmas, children (ages 0-99) will spin The Christmas Coin to see if it will be a "Make A Wish!" day or a "Be The Wish!" day. If it lands on "Make A Wish!", you're encouraged to think about a wish you want to make for yourself for Christmas.If it lands on "Be The Wish!", you're encouraged to spend time thinking about how you can be a blessing to someone in your family or community... and then take action on that.
