Drink it now or cellar for a few years. No need to decant before serving. This is a beautiful example of a Provençal rosé, showcasing a bright and light pink hue. It is bursting with intoxicating aromas of citrus and small red fruits, with a subtle floral undertone. Magali is crafted from 100% estate owned grapes - a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This rosé is perfect for summer. Domaine Figuière is a family estate with 125 hectares of vineyards in the Côtes de Provence appellation, on France's most sunny and southerly shores. It was acquired in 1992 by Alain Combard, a Burgundian with an interest in rosé, and the estate has been organically farmed since the 1980s. Alain’s legacy is continued by his children, including Magali Combard, for whom this cuvée is named. On the palate, Magali is light and refreshing, striking a balance between crisp acidity and pure, terroir-driven fruits. Flavours of watermelon, strawberry, cherry, and delicate white flowers can be discovered, alongside chalky mineral notes and hints of fennel and liquorice. This is an iconic taste of the French coast at a very reasonable price, worthy of pairing with exquisite seafood, soft cheese, or a summery salad.
