Perovskia 'Lacey Blue' has a tidy, sleek habit that makes it well suited for containers as well as borders, where it is especially useful when planted in volume. Russian Sage is always full of vibrant colours, and this wide selection is no exception. The lavender-blue flower spikes rise above the silvery-green foliage, which is fragrant and narrow.
