The Alusthetic Aluminium Triple-Seal Recess 61mm Manhole Cover is built with extruded aluminium, a 3mm galvanised steel bottom, and reinforced mesh for durability. This lockable cover, tested to EN124 for lorry load-bearing, features two EPDM seals and a T-rubber seal. The T-rubber seal limits tension, reduces dirt build-up, and ensures the cover is odour-proof, waterproof, and gas-proof. It is designed for external use on tiled, paved, and grassy surfaces, and blends seamlessly into surroundings, filled with the same substrate for discretion. It measures a 1000mm x 1000mm clear opening and 1090mm x 1090mm external size, with a 61mm in-tray depth and an 80mm overall depth. Triple-sealed aluminium recessed manhole covers range from 150mm x 150mm to 1000mm x 1000mm in 41mm and 61mm in-tray depths.
