ABOUT THE WINEFor as far back as they can trace their history, the Ellevin family has always been making wine. In 1975, Jean-Pierre Ellevin and his wife started to develop the family domaine; in 2003, their son Alexandre joined them. The estate covers 16 hectares, planted exclusively with Chardonnay.TASTING NOTESThis Chablis turns heads with its stunning orchard fruit of pears, apples and the touch of the unusual white nectarine. The freshness of green lemon zest and lemongrass still refreshes the palate, but the weight of the fruit shows the quality of the vineyard of Vosgros.
