ABOUT THE WINEThe Doublet family has been rooted in the vineyards of Bordeaux since the end of the 18th century, when the Chateau was re-designed after a southern Louisiana mansion. The property was once owned by the famous philosopher Montesquieu, who believed wine helped him think.TASTING NOTESRed fruit, dried leaves, with hints of oak before developing into powerful red and sour cherries notes.
