Fibrapan Bio is a fibreboard manufactured with biological adhesives, obtained from the bark of the tree itself, and with a paraffin of vegetable origin that allows the creation of a fibreboard with a natural composition of greater than 99%. It is a board suitable for applications in humid environments (Service class 2). Manufactured with local wood from sawmill byproducts and responsibly managed forests, with PEFC/FSC certification. Fibrapan Bio is a sustainable, healthy, and responsible alternative that uses an adhesive that does not interfere with the food chain. Fibrapan Bio is manufactured using Finsa’s exclusive SIPS (Steam Injection Press System) technology, which allows the rapid curing of bio resin and a thorough control of the density profile and moisture distribution. Adhesives are formulated from tannins extracted from the bark of the tree itself, without added formaldehyde or isocyanates, and without raw fossil materials.
