Webasto Thermo Top EVO 12v Combination Camper Water Heater Kit An alternative to the Eberspacher Combitronic, this Webasto water heater kit provides both warm air and domestic hot water. The heater unit is typically mounted externally on the vehicle, whilst the header tank and plate heat exchanger utilise minimal interior space. The warm air blower unit would be mounted in the area where the heat is most required i.e. living area or cab. The two speed blower has two fans which can operate independently or together, and are controlled by a thermostat. Heating and hot water on the move is possible. The blower bypass valve (optional - please enquire) is used for hot water only in order to achieve a quick heat up time. How does the Webasto Combination Kit work? The Webasto heater unit is self regulating and operates in a similar way to a domestic central heating system. Once activated, the heater unit will heat the coolant via a heat exchanger using the vehicles fuel supply. The integrated water pump will circulate the coolant around the heating circuit passing through the water plate heat exchanger and blower heater, providing on demand hot domestic water and warm air.
