However the wiring harness supplied with the Eberspacher Airtronic Heaters sold in the UK will not automatically default to this sensing method. If you require temperature sensed at the controller mounted location (as an alternative to temperature sensing at the heater inlet), then the grey wire from the digital controller must be connected to the grey wire in the heater wiring harness (this can be found at the heater diagnostic plug). Also for the diagnostic function on some heaters the blue & white wire may not be available at the standard controller wiring connections, in which case a wire will need to be routed and connected from the blue & white connection at the diagnostic plug.
