Designed to favour a straight-back-straight-through putting stroke, the Phantom 5s offers the same popular compact mallet outline as its model-mates, but with a straight shaft in a zero-offset position. This nearly-face balanced option offers an unobstructed address view of the leading edge of the face and includes a simple top line for enhanced alignment, making squaring the face and aiming easier. The cavity milled cherry dots highlight the tonal theme with an elegant translucent smoke hue, as well. In keeping with the line’s multi-material construction methodology for balance and feel, the Phantom 5s is crafted from an integration of precision milled 303 stainless steel and lightweight 6061 aircraft aluminium for balance and feel. Each Phantom model features the new Full Contact paddle-style grip, custom-designed for the line. Tapered at both ends and uniquely shaped for optimal in-hand feel, this new grip is crafted at the ideal size, weight, and texture, ensuring reliable contact with the putter in all weather conditions. The larger flat surface of the paddle assists the player’s face angle awareness at address, making squaring up to the ball easier.
