These popular Fakro Pine Centre Pivot are laminated with glazing, and is electric for convenience and allows the sash to be opened in various positions, not only can this increase the amount of ventilation in the room, but the sash allows you to rotate the window through 180° and locked. The sash allows you to easily clean the outer pane of the window as it is operated using a reinforced hinge, offering top security & safety. The elegant handle is placed at the bottom for maximum security and has 2 micro-opening positions, ensuring that all seals work to maximum effect. The air inlet is positioned at the top of the frame which maximises the amount of natural light in a room and has laminated glass. The V40 air inlet is positioned at the top of the frame, maximising the amount of natural light in a room. P2 Glazing P2 is a very popular glazing option as it offers good insulation for habitable rooms whilst also having an anti-burglary class of laminate and a U-value of 1.3W/m²K. This has a rain sensor that automatically closes the sash when it detects rain. Tip: The Actuator Chain can be disconnected which will then allow the sash to be rotated through 180 ° for cleaning the outer pane. When the sash is rotated through 180° the outer pane is safe and easy to clean thanks to the sash blocking bolt.
