These Fakro Pine Conservation Centre Pivot windows are ideal for historical & traditional buildings as it contains a metal sash bar down the middle of the window, creating a modern interior look. It is available as a manually or electrically operated window. FTP-C/V Z-wave would be the electric window, which can be opened & closed remotely and features a rain sensor that automatically closes the sash when raining. This window is suitable for roofs with pitches between 15 degrees and 90 degrees. The uniqueness of a centre pivot allows the sash to be opened in various positions, not only can this increase the amount of ventilation in the room, but the sash allows you to rotate the window through 180° and locked. The sash allows you to easily clean the outer pane of the window as it is operated using a reinforced hinge, offering top security & safety. The elegant handle is placed at the bottom for maximum security and has 2 micro-opening positions, ensuring that all seals work to maximum effect. The sash is able to be rotated through 180 ° for cleaning the outer pane or operating an awning blind. The V40 air inlet is positioned at the top of the frame, maximising the amount of natural light in a room. P2 Glazing P2 is a very popular glazing option as it offers good insulation for habitable rooms whilst also having an anti-burglary class of laminate and a U-value of 1.3W/m²K.
