These FAKRO flashing kits have been designed specifically for standard FAKRO's windows on tiled roofs, where you’re looking to create a recessed roof window. Suitable for non-interlocking tiles to 16mm in thickness in our range such as the Marley Acme & Ashdowne plain tiles, Redland Rosemary Clay & Plain tiles. RAL 9005- Umbra Grey shade. For installation of windows at “J” Level (Recessed ), ‘J’ is for recessed levels of 3cm or more below the ‘N’ level (0cm), Can be used on roof pitches between 25-90°, these particular Fakro flashing kits features flexible insulating material to reduce heat loss, and is then coated with polyester covering to maximise durability, the umbra grey finish tends to fit in with most roof colourings. Flashing kits are used to create a connection between the roof window & the roof slates by ensuring that the window is fitted accurately, creating a neat finish. FAKRO flashing kits are equipped with sponge seals to protect the window against all weather conditions & dust, it also incorporates a weep flap which allows condensation to drain away from the window, this increases the lifespan of the roof & window.
