Essie Get It Bright Base Coat Nail Polish. Get it bright base neutralises yellowing. Apply one coat of your Essie get it bright base coat on clean, dry nails then two coats of Essie nail polish. Finish apply a coat of your favourite Essie top coat. 13.5 ml
