Likely to be hung in exposed locations without porch or canopy protection, they must be fully sealed on all edges, faces, and cut outs before installation and receive regular maintenance. Supplied unfinished, these double glazed doors feature engineered construction and come with a 10-year manufacture guarantee. They are FSC Certified. If trimming is needed, reduce equally from both sides. Doors can be trimmed up to 6mm on each side if lipping is 10mm or more, and up to 3mm if lipping is 6mm. Note, trimming fire doors beyond 6mm overall invalidates the FD30 rating. Use 3 hinges for rigidity and strength. Untreated products must be fully sealed on all surfaces, including tops, bottoms, and recesses for hinges, locks, handles, and letter plates before hanging.
