Max trim is 6mm for doors with a 10mm or more lipping and 3mm for a 6mm lipping. Over-trimming fire doors voids FD30 rating. Use 3 hinges for added rigidity and strength. Untreated products must be fully sealed on all surfaces before hanging. Waxes and oils are not suitable for sealing and will invalidate the guarantee..
