Mendes Oak External Front Doors are supplied factory rebated RHBO, meaning the right-hand side pushes open when facing the doors from inside. Made from FSC-certified hardwood using engineered construction, these doors are available in multiple sizes. They are double glazed and supplied unfinished with a 10-year manufacturer guarantee. These doors must be fully sealed on all faces, edges, and cut-outs before installation, especially if they will be exposed. Waxes and oils are not suitable for sealing, and their use voids any guarantee. Each door can be trimmed up to 6mm per side if it has a lipping of 10mm, and 3mm if the lipping is 6mm. Over trimming invalidates the FD30 fire door rating. Use of three hinges is recommended for added strength. Sizes include 1981mm x 1220mm, 1981mm x 1372mm, 1981mm x 1524mm, and 1981mm x 1676mm.
