Unlike traditional nipple clamps, these clamps work by placing the nipple in between the jaws and pushing the tension bracket up and down to either tighten or loosen the grip.To tighten or loosen the clamps grip, slide the tiny tension bracket on each clamp up or down (towards the clamps to tighten the grip, away from the clamps to loosen the grip).
