Similar to a ball gag in regards to debilitating the wearers speech, where a lip ring gag differs is by instead of the mouth being blockaded-up it's forced open.Adjustable to fit most head sizes, fastens via a standardised buckle and pin (identical to most belt buckles).Note: only the gag's tightness/looseness is adjustable (by way of the strapping).
