Athyrium filix-femina ?Victoriae? is an extraordinary variety of Lady Fern, producing fresh green fronds which rise up in a graceful shuttlecock form. Each frond bears elegant leaflets that form a skeletal pattern, with the tip of each leaflet decorated with a lacy crest. Commonly known as Queen of Ferns, this deciduous fern makes a wonderful addition to a reliably moist, shaded spot in the garden. An excellent choice for adding colour and texture to woodland borders. Plant this hardy perennial alongside Hostas, Brunnera, Carex or Hakonechloa. Height and spread: 45cm (18in).
