Crafted from four English malts with a long fermentation to maximise flavour, Equinox is then distilled on Wharf Distillery's copper-pot stills before ageing in ex-Bourbon quarter casks.. Casks are filled only on the Vernal or Autumnal Equinox making this a very rare English Whisky.
