Unusually, this premium Tequila is made with agave which has been smoked over mesquite and Mexican logs after being cooked (in a similar style to Mezcal). This method of production is evident in the glass creating a subtle smokiness: the classic roasted agave fruitiness is there but there is an enticing peppery, oaky smoke especially on the nose..
