Then the addition of wild yeasts and a chunk of time, triple-distilled to optimise flavour and aroma.. The very essence of English apples.. Delicious either neat or sipped over ice, or why not try a classic apple brandy sour:. 2 shots of Æppel Drenc. 30ml fresh lemon juice. 25ml simple sugar syrup (50/50 sugar and water). 1 egg white (or 15ml Aquafaba for a vegan option). 3 dashes of Angostura bitters. Shake with ice and serve with... a slice of apple, of course!. Suitable for Vegans and Coeliacs.
