No super spicy heat!. Made from a single distillation of East Anglian sugar beet vodka, the base spirit, from scratch. Only doing a single distillation of the base vodka is actually a rare feat within the spirits industry as it’s difficult to produce the legally required initial 96% ABV in one distillation (normally it takes at least two!). However, the skill of Master Distiller Dr. John Walters and his custom-engineered stills have created this silky smooth vodka base while retaining delicate creamy flavours.From here the vodka is re-distilled with cocoa and fresh chillies, with just a touch of English sugar added to balance out the flavour profile..
