This whiskey comes from the Isle of Mull and is bottled at the Tobermory Distillery. The Tobermory Distillery bottles its smoky whiskies under the "Ledaig" label - the non-peated bottlings are offered under the "Tobermory" brand. The Ledaig 19 Years Old OLOROSO Single Malt receives a 14-year finish in Oloroso sherry casks - through this relatively long post-maturation, it gets its distinctive sweetness. Tasting notes:Color: Bright gold. Nose: Slightly smoky, dried fruit, spices, citrus, toffee, pepper. Taste: Sweet notes, black pepper, fruit, oak, spices, peat. Finish: Long lasting.
