This patron is bottled in the Mexican province of Jalisco. The Jimadores, the harvest workers in the mountainous regions of Jalisco, still harvest the Blue Agave by hand at the age of 12 years, just like in the old days. The juice is fermented for several days and distilled three times in a small plant. Afterwards it is stored in small white oak barrels. The finished tequila is then mixed with completely unprocessed and unstored clear tequila of the same quality and then filled into elaborately produced crystal carafes. This patron is delivered in an individually numbered bottle which is packed in a wooden box made of maple.Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
