Giulio comes from the single vineyard Maso Pianizza and is considered the best sparkling wine in Italy. This Ferrari is stored on yeast for more than 10 years. Limited number of bottles. Complex and floral on the nose, of red fruits and citrus aromas. On the palate soft, rich, with a good structure, after blood oranges, rhubarb and cinnamon. Long lasting and balanced. Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Nero. Drinking temperature: 6 to 8 °C. The sparkling wine harmonises very well with starters and fish dishes.
